Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Pay: $32 $36/hr
Shift: 8hour or 12 hour Eve 11a11p) will take either

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Assist with patient assessments including vital signs and document patient information accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and selfcare techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN or LVN license in New York State.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• 1 3 years of experience as an LPN.
• Experience Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required; LTConly experience not sufficient
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong clinical skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
