Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales:
Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients providing timely and insightful responses to
increase conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and
resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualify leads assess their needs and match them with the appropriate products or
services.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to implement effective leadhandling
processes and ensure highquality customer interactions.
CRM Management:
Lead CRM administration Salesforce HubSpot) to manage customer data
effectively ensuring data integrity and seamless accessibility for the sales team.
Customize CRM workflows automation and reporting features to support inbound sales
efforts customer service and relationship management.
Train and support the sales team on CRM best practices empowering them to optimize
CRM features for customer engagement and tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
2 years of experience in inbound sales customer service or CRM management.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Zoho Salesforce HubSpot) and customer engagement
platforms.
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a customercentric approach.
Familiarity with inbound sales strategies and customer engagement best practices.
