Job Description
Kounsel is looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is a 100 commissionbased opportunity where you will sell healthcare credentialing services and counseling services through our innovative platform.

Identify and target potential healthcare professionals practices and organizations that require credentialing services (Insurance CAQH NPI).
Identify and target potential clients who need healthcare services through our userfriendly app.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain longlasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate and close sales effectively.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
Conduct product demos and provide consultations on the benefits of our app and services.
Track sales activities and client communications in CRM.
Work independently to manage your pipeline and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
3 years of commissionbased sales experience (Healthcare/Insurance preferred).
Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and independent in managing leads.
A passion for sales healthcare and achieving results.
Must have a laptop reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
