Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LPN for a Long Term Care facility with the option of working 8hour or 12hour shifts. This position requires 13 years of experience preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Candidates must have an active NY license BLS certification and familiarity with eMAR specifically PointClickCare. Common patient diagnoses include Dementia Chronic Diseases and Diabetes. LPN / LVN (Nursing)
