Job Description
As a Technical Lead you will:
- Lead and manage embedded software development projects with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare technical documentation including diagnostic manuals factory manuals and installation guides for engineering products.
- Develop systemlevel design documentation such as schematics and Bills of Materials (BoMs).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation costreduction strategies and value engineering initiatives for embedded systems and engineering machines.
- Champion Agile practices and ensure highquality software delivery through welldefined processes.
- Identify innovation opportunities and mentor team members to build technical capabilities within the team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of handson experience in embedded software/firmware development and realtime application design.
- A degree in Applied Physics Electrical Engineering Control & Instrumentation Embedded Systems Mechatronics or a related field.
- Proven experience in systemlevel design including schematics and BoM creation.
- Indepth understanding of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process from development to installation/commissioning.
- Strong background in preparing detailed technical documentation for engineering systems.
- Experience with value engineering and cost optimization projects.
- A track record of successfully delivering projects in Agile environments.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead coach and groom highperforming teams across various engineering disciplines.
- Translate complex requirements into innovative realworld solutions.
- Strategically identify and act on opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
