Job Description
- Supervise and oversee all site operations related to interior projects ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Manage a team of workers including contractors and laborers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with interior designers architects and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project plans and drawings.
- Ensure all safety measures are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect materials tools and equipment used onsite to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage and schedule deliveries ensuring materials arrive on time and are stored appropriately.
- Conduct regular site meetings with project teams to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Review and approve work quality and report any delays or problems to management.
- Ensure the site complies with all local building codes regulations and permits.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of interior design processes materials and construction methods.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints drawings and technical plans.
- Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interior Design & Space Planning, Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite), Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Knowledge of Materials & Building Codes.
