| The ICD Specialist prepares the preliminary Closing Disclosure. This
role emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration with various
parties to ensure timely and accurate mortgage closings while
adhering to compliance guidelines. They also partner with Settlement
Agents to balance the preliminary Closing Disclosure. This position
requires full time office commitment with US shift time. The desired
candidate should have 2 years of preparing Closing Disclosure
Process Responsibilities:
Review documentation needed to generate the preliminary Closing
Reviews and audits data fields for title fees sales/purchase contract
invoices HOI CPL wire instructions taxes etc. and makes
corrections to ensure the data entered reflects accurate/compliant
information and meets all state and federal regulations
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the closing
process including customers brokers loan officers and settlement
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure accuracy for Estimated
Monitor and review reports and spreadsheets related to loan estimates
Review important expiration dates to ensure nothing will expire
Ensure rate lock is good through funding date
Send the preliminary Closing Disclosure to the Borrower(s) Broker
Review and verify all fees
Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements
Organized analytical detail oriented and selfmotivated
Manage pipeline to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
Communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
Complete responsibilities effectively and efficiently with minimal
Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met
Present self in a professional manner and interact with all levels of
organization and outside contacts appropriately
