Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent service
Manage scheduling inventory and vendor relations
Monitor food safety cleanliness and compliance with local regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Drive sales and profitability through upselling and promotions
Maintain accurate reports on sales expenses and staff performance
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Knowledge of POS systems budgeting and local food regulations
Experience in the Fiji hospitality market is a plus
