This is a remote position.
First Due is seeking a techsavvy leader to work as a Product Expert on our Web Responder module. You will be the subjectmatter expert on your assigned First Due module(s) providing industryleading leadership guidance and support as First Due continues to build its bestofbreed endtoend fire and EMS platform.
The Role
.
Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned area of the product by having indepth knowledge of functionality configuration and industry best practices in one of the following areas: Fire Prevention Fire Incident Reporting EMS/ePCR Public Safety Scheduling Fire/EMS Asset Management Fire/EMS Training Fire/EMS Analytics and Reporting

Build and use a full understanding of the features being developed in current and future sprints as well the product roadmap and overall product vision to support Implementation Customer Success and other customerfacing First Due groups.

Maintain awareness of support tickets and requests coming in as well as assist with handling those requests as needed
.
Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner daily to maintain awareness of product progression; provide input and assist with ideation and solutioning for product development.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the product organization and customers and customerfacing teams
.
Assist the Sales team with presentations and discussions for current and potential customers
.
Work with the Implementation team in solutioning and configuring the product to meet the needs of customers
.
Troubleshoot and prioritize incoming requests in cooperation with the Support team.
.
Assist the Client Success team with ensuring customer happiness and support upsell opportunities
.
Triage enhancement requests and conduct research (internally and with customers) to fully understand and identify high value high impact capability uplifts
.
Participate in regional and national user group meetings both virtually and in person
.
Develop a deep understanding of competitors capabilities within the assigned area of the product
Qualifications & Experience
.
Experience in Public Safety software or operations (preferably in Fire or EMS)
.
Ability to take customer requests determine the desired end state and provide a straightforward path to the most efficient solution
.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.
