What you will be doing:
- Deliver technical support to customers through multiple channels including phone email and chat.
- Work together with customers to troubleshoot and resolve product and servicerelated technical issues.
- Keep a record of customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
- Partner with senior engineers to resolve complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and maintaining helpful articles.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience by adhering to established support procedures.
What our client is looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware software and networking concepts.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customerfocused attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM software would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS Linux).
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
Work Type:
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
