As a National Parks Travel Specialist you will curate and coordinate unforgettable experiences for travelers eager to explore the beauty of America s National Parks.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand traveler preferences fitness levels and expectations to craft personalized national park experiences.
Park Expertise: Stay informed on U.S. national parks including geography ecosystems wildlife trails regulations and conservation efforts.
Itinerary Planning: Develop customized travel plans featuring scenic hikes drives wildlife viewing rangerled programs and cultural sites.
Lodging Recommendations: Suggest accommodations near parks from campgrounds to lodges and hotels based on travelers needs.
Activity Coordination: Organize outdoor activities such as guided hikes nature walks bird watching photography workshops kayaking and stargazing.
Transportation Arrangements: Provide guidance on rental vehicles shuttle services driving routes and public transport for seamless park access.
Customer Support: Deliver excellent service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and fulfilling special requests for a smooth experience.
