Job Description

Position: Branch Manager Greater London Area

Schedule: Fulltime

Work Location:

  • Supreme Restoration Services Inc. Greater London Area
  • Onsite presence at assigned projects and operational locations

We re looking for another trusted member to join our growing team as we expand into the Greater London Area.

The new GUS member we are looking for will have a strong background within the Emergency Insurance Industry significant business acumen and exceptional leadership skills.


Your future daily responsibilities will include:


Office Setup & Launch:

Collaborate with the launch team to establish the new branch

Hire and onboard staff

Coordinate with the Windsor Operational Coordinator to implement company procedures

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards


Team Leadership:

Build and lead a highperforming motivated team

Foster a work culture rooted in teamwork accountability and continuous improvement

Promote and model Supreme s core values


Project Management:

Oversee claims and project workflows in the initial launch phase (first 6 12 months)

Support the oncall process in collaboration with a Sr. Technician


Business Development:

Develop and execute marketing strategies with the District Manager and Marketing team

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents property managers and local stakeholders


Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations quality control and safety compliance

Monitor financial performance including pricing strategies and profit margins


Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure outstanding customer service and followup

Gather client feedback to help improve service delivery


Reporting & Accountability:

Report on branch performance challenges and KPIs to the Director of Expansion

Use performance metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities



You re the right fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry as a Project Manager or General Manager
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of insurance restoration best practices
  • Experience launching a new office or territory an asset
  • Existing connections in the insurance or real estate community in the area an asset
  • Financial fluency (budgeting forecasting reporting) an asset
  • Due to the responsibilities the position will require the candidate to frequently travel to our various project and operation sites.
