This is a remote position.
40 hours a week
Work schedule: MonFri 9 AM 6 PM (PST) includes 1h unpaid break.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support through multiple channels including live chat and webbased communications
- Triage and resolve customer support tickets
- Process and manage customer information while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
- Follow established security protocols and data privacy procedures
- Utilize secure systems and software for all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Handle webbased customer responses and ticket resolution
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with customer service in healthcare or related field required
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
- Completion of HIPAA training certification (provided)
