This is a remote position.
40 hours a week
Work schedule: MonFri 9 AM 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.
Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
- Process and manage rental agreements and lease documentation
- Manage tenant communications via phone and email
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks including rent collection and invoice processing
- Record and categorize propertyspecific expenses from bank transactions
- Update and maintain records in Doorloop property management software
- Process and track rental payments
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers
- Ensure accurate allocation of expenses to specific properties
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with property management and real estate required
- Experience with property management software (Doorloop experience preferred)
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential financial information securely
- Professional phone manner and email communication skills
- Detailoriented with strong documentation skills
- Experience in longterm rental property management
