About the Company
Our Client is a global leader in transportation and supply management.
Responsibilities
We re looking for a detailoriented Customer Service Executive oversee daytoday operations ensuring smooth order processing compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise customer service team in handling customer orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing;
- Provide training on standard operating procedures and customer requirements ensuring competency;
- Maintain organised records of all customer transactions receipts and issues;
- Build strong customer relationships respond to enquiries and escalate critical matters as needed;
- Ensure good inventory and warehouse management practices providing timely updates;
- Perform key reporting on a daily and weekly basis to various regional stakeholders;
- Participate in shipment documentation including dangerous goods declarations and permit entries;
- Ensure operational compliance including safety 5S practices and timely updates.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred;
- Experience in inventory permit and shipment documentation processes;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting.
