Now were hiring a Senior Client Success Manager (Team Lead) to take ownership of our client relationships and help scale our Client Success function from the ground up.
This isnt just another support rolewere looking for a strategic partner. Someone who can speak the language of sales challenge clients with confidence and work crossfunctionally to improve how we deliver value at scale.
**What Youll Do**
** Own Client Relationships EndtoEnd**
Onboard new clients and run strategic workshops to define goals ICPs and outreach angles.
Host monthly strategy calls and performance reviewsshare insights recommend optimizations and act as the goto person for all client needs.
Ensure clients feel supported heard and proactively guided toward results.
** Act as a Strategic Sparring Partner**
Work with our internal Growth Team (SDRs Growth Consultants Copywriters) to connect client strategy with campaign .
Translate campaign performance into clear actionable recommendations.
Push back when needed. Youre not just a yespersonyou bring insight and perspective.
** Build &Scale the CSM Function**
Develop playbooks workflows and SOPs to streamline client onboarding reporting and retention.
Leverage automation and tools to optimize processes and make our delivery faster and more effective.
Contribute to internal operations and help scale the CSM team as we grow.
**Who You Are**
Youre not afraid of complexityyou lean into it. You love working with clients and know how to make them successful. Youre both strategic and operational and youre ready to build something that lasts.
**Youll thrive in this role if you:**
Have experience as a Client Success Manager Account Manager Growth Strategist or similar clientfacing roleideally in a B2B SaaS or agency context.
Have a solid understanding of lead generation outbound campaigns and the B2B sales funnel.
Are fluent in German and English (preferred not required).
Can run highlevel conversations with founders Heads of Sales CMOs or GTM leaders.
Are processmindedlove building systems that make operations smoother faster better.
Are proactive curious and solutionoriented. You dont wait to be told whats wrongyou look for ways to improve things every day.
Arent afraid to have tough conversationsand know how to turn them into longterm trust.
