What will you be doing
Were seeking a talented individual to join our team in London. This is a key role within the Talent Acquisition team the Talent Acquisition Operations Adviser provides support and guidance on our processes systems and procedures.
As Talent Acquisition Operations Adviser your responsibilities will include among others
- Provide high level of administrative support and coordination throughout the talent acquisition (TA) process and act as a daytoday contact for all TA queries supporting the HR team and Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Work as part of the wider HR team within HR Services to ensure all candidates are successfully on boarded within the company.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately reflect users live vacancies and current attraction hiring and onboarding processes and provide input and support in the generation of forecasting reporting and management information.
- Assist with various project work as required to help support acquisitions and process improvement including RTH candidate experience hiring manager experience technology candidate attraction assessment & selection and onboarding.
- Implement and contribute to new ways of working to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience gathering and analysing feedback from various sources stakeholders and systems for continuous improvement.
- Provide input and feedback into the design of ATS and CRM training collateral.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should
- Previous administrative experience required preferably in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
- Knowledge of ATS (preferably Smart Recruiters) and CRM platforms.
- Competent IT skills including all Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work at pace with high attention to detail and highly organised with excellent time management project support and organisational skills.
- Stakeholder management with persuading influencing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
Desired
- Previous experience working with an RPO is desirable but not essential.
