Were seeking a highly driven Product Analyst with strong analytical thinking and a passion for datadriven product development. Your Responsibilities
Track and Improve KPIs: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define monitor and improve product performance metrics.
Uncover Insights: Dive deep into user data to identify trends uncover problems or opportunities and generate new product hypotheses.
Guide Strategy with Data: Drive product strategies and decisionmaking with compelling data narratives and business insights.
Design & Analyze Experiments: Plan and execute A/B tests to rigorously measure the impact of product changes.
Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain clear insightful dashboards and reports that empower teams to make datainformed decisions.
Automate Reporting: Automate recurring reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability using tools like Python and cron jobs.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed
4 years of handson experience in a product/data analyst role preferably in a fastpaced tech or startup environment.
Strong command of SQL and relational databases for efficient data querying and manipulation and Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting languages) for advanced analysis
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Looker or Excel to tell compelling stories through data.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation best practices.
Experience automating reports and working with cron or similar scheduling tools.
