Job Description
Were looking for a highlydriven and motivated AM Account Management for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain handson exposure and have a direct impact then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Lahore Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving growth ensuring retention and maintaining a stronger relationship with Homechef Vendors.
Excellent communication skills must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
Strong relationship builder has a positive attitude and is a team player
Highly driven is selfmotivated target oriented resilient and tenacious
Customer focused enjoys working autonomously hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
Strong analytical skills makes well judged decisions good numeracy pays strong attention to detail is a strong problem solver demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
Has a flexible approach thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Highly organized and plans and prioritizes work effectively
Qualifications :
12 years of proven experience in account directorship.
Bachelors degree in businessrelated field.
Negotiations and communications skills.
Presentations and business reviews skills.
Knowledge of food and operational costing.
