Managing the daytoday operations of the company including financial management risk
management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Developing and implementing strategies to promote the growth and success of the company such as
expanding services or entering new markets.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including customers regulators and
other financial institutions.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the
companys systems and data.
Ensuring that the institutions employees are properly trained and equipped to carry out their roles
and responsibilities.
Reporting to the institutions board of directors or other governing body on the performance of the
institution and its compliance with regulatory requirements.
(This is a 36 months Contract)
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience managing a company as a country manager clevel manager local
director or a similar role preferably in a techdriven industry or fastgrowing startup environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
Strong understanding of the Lithuanian market including local business practices laws and
regulations and consumer behavior.
A bachelors or masters degree in business administration finance economics or a related field.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
