Job Description

This role can be based in our San Francisco or Mountain View office.
Our Ecosystem Strategic Finance team is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive growth of LinkedIns Knowledge Marketplace & Flagship App through objective analysis operational insights and strategic initiatives. They will shape the future growth of LinkedIns consumer products for our billionmember ecosystem in close partnership with our R&D and product organization.
In this role they will be responsible for helping craft long and short term product initiative roadmaps through data driven insights sizing the impact of product and GTM initiatives and operational performance management to understand & optimize product performance. A strong candidate is equally comfortable and skilled at crafting a thoughtful plan and rolling up their sleeves to get it done. We are looking for someone who excels at driving across multiple senior stakeholders demonstrates strong ownership to dig deep into highly technical and complex areas to drive impact and is highly analytical with strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with crossfunctional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics oriented perspective with minimal supervision. Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
- Communicates implications of work (e.g. forecasts analyses trends) to management and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive action.
- Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for with some support from more senior team members.
- Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions deriving actionable insights from results.
- Independently create manage and update forecasting models for products initiatives and the broader LinkedIn ecosystem in close collaboration with Product teams.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Business Analytics Finance or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance finance accounting management consulting investment banking or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in the technology industry.
- Technically proficient (or interest in learning) in SQL experience a plus.
- Concise and effective communications: Youre able to articulately present and debate recommendations with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $96000 to $156000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
