Mirantis is seeking a product leader with a technical background who is passionate about enterprise customers virtualization platform engineering and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for guiding and managing the delivery of Mirantis Kubevirtbased products with a primary focus on Kubernetes and virtualization technologies. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing customer success and sales to deliver highquality solutions that enhance our customers experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy. Develop and execute a differentiated product vision strategy and roadmap for Mirantis particularly focused on Kubernetes and virtualization across welldefined customer segments.
- Roadmap Development: Develop maintain and drive a product roadmap that outlines the evolution of our Kubevirtbased solutions and initiatives ensuring alignment with customer / community needs and business objectives.
- Customer Insights: Collaborate closely with our customers to gather and analyze feedback monitor market trends and assess the competitive landscape. Together we leverage these insights to make informed product decisions ensuring our offerings align with and support our customers evolving needs and goals
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering the highest value features and improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development launch and adoption. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams.
- Kubernetes Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of platform engineering to guide product development and ensure our solutions meet the needs of enterprise customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement. Use datadriven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on product status upcoming releases and strategic direction.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of delivering technical products that serve engineering customers particularly Kubernetes and virtualization.
- Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience of developing and driving GTM strategy (direct indirect channel plg) in partnership with marketing sales and technical presales teams.
- Understanding of cloudnative technologies vendors and products and how they deliver value to endusers.
- Strong foundation in virtualization containerization public clouds networking system and distributed systems technologies.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products with a strong understanding of the technical feasibility and development processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to bridge technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
