Requirements
Experience supporting Apple and Android Products
Tablet experience
Knowledge of eFax a plus
Customer Service experience
Activating line of service
Experience utilizing remote tools
Communication experience (Ability to describe any issues that do come up)
Able to adapt to change
ITIL Experience is a plus
MS Products (RDP Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Access)
