Identify prospect and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and recommend cybersecurity products and solutions that align with those needs.
Gain indepth knowledge of the company s cybersecurity products and services.
Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends threats and technologies.
Demonstrate how products work and how they can protect clients from various cyber threats.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Conduct product demonstrations presentations and product trials for potential customers.
Develop proposals quotations and contracts for clients.
Consult with clients to assess their cybersecurity vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate products.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet the client s needs.
Provide ongoing support and followup to ensure the successful implementation of products.
Analyze competitors products and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide feedback from customers and the market to help guide the development of new features or products.
Set and achieve sales goals including revenue and product targets.
Report on sales activity progress towards targets and forecast sales to senior management.
Conduct training sessions or workshops for clients on the use of cybersecurity products.
Attend trade shows conferences and other industry events to promote products and expand the network.
