What Youll Do:
As a key member of the implementation team youll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and successful integration between their systems and ours. This is a great opportunity to develop technical and business skills while gaining exposure to realworld customer environments.
Assist in the process of integrating customers internal systems with the Datarails platform
Collaborate closely with implementation and Customer Success teams to support onboarding projects
Document processes and ensure quality standards are met at every stage
Work in a dynamic collaborative environment where learning and improvement are part of the daytoday

Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Information Systems or a related field
Basic technical orientation no coding experience required but comfort with system interfaces is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive teamoriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High level of English both written and verbal (working with clients)
