Your Tasks
We are looking for a motivated employee to join our Solution Building team developing user qualification solutions globally. As a Digital Adoption Solution Builder you will use marketleading tools to create implement and optimise interactive guides and digital content that guide users through processes and drive software adoption. This position is ideal for graduates looking to start their career in digital user support. You work remotely and we provide you with the technical equipment
- Development of interactive guides onboarding solutions and contextsensitive tooltips that help users to better understand their software
- Testing implementing and maintaining the content created to ensure its functionality and quality
- Analysis of user behaviour use cases and feedback in order to continuously improve existing solutions and implement new requirements.
- Independent documentation and maintenance of the content created and the course of the project. Collaboration with an international team from Germany Portugal and UK
- Basic technical understanding of HTML CSS UX/UI design and/or JavaScript and interest in creating digital guides using market leading digital adoption tools
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. computer science business or media informatics business administration with a focus on digitalisation interaction design or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS UX/UI design and/or JavaScript is required; basic understanding of software integrations and APIs. Initial knowledge of automation is an advantage
- Ability to understand user requirements and develop customised solutions
- Structured and independent way of working even with parallel projects.
- Good communication (English C1 and teamwork skills.
- Openness to learn new methods and technologies and to develop further
