Position: Web and Brand Designer (Figma)
Work hours: 9:00AM 6:00PM Brisbane Time
Compensation range: AU$2500 AU$3000/month

About the role
Our client is looking for a creative Web and Brand Designer with strong skills in Figma and a solid understanding of UX and marketingfocused design. In this role youll design custom landing pages full website layouts and brand identities for a wide variety of clients.
Youll take a creative brief and turn it into stunning onbrand digital experiences. Whether its creating a homepage from scratch developing logo concepts or structuring content for accessibility and flow youll play a crucial part in shaping how our clients show up online.
Responsibilities:
- Design userfriendly and visually stunning websites in Figma.
- Create complete brand identities including logos typography and color palettes.
- Structure website content in a clear accessible and conversionfocused way.
- Use AI tools to help brainstorm and generate simple copy ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop marketingdriven design concepts.
- Design assets for social media ads and other digital campaigns as needed.
- Assist with basic frontend implementation in tools like Webflow or through HTML/CSS.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in web and brand design.
- Highly proficient in Figma (experience in Adobe XD is a plus).
- Excellent visual and typographic skills with a keen eye for layout and branding.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and how design supports marketing goals.
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into polished creative solutions.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Reliable dependable and collaborative with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple design projects.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills or experience implementing designs in Webflow.
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing assets.
- Comfortable being clientfacing and participating in design presentations.
