Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the Interpretation Industry.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Utilise technical experience to enhance recruitment processes through innovative tools and methods.
Skills: Essential Qualities for Success
Team Management
- Provide training coaching and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
- Monitor team progress through regular meetings and performance tracking.
- Address performance opportunities by creating and reviewing action plans.
- Coordinate with regional talent acquisition teams and report on team KPIs to management.
- Ensure that all open requisitions are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain clear communication with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to ensure progress and priority alignment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and SLA fulfillment to management.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the current recruitment process and implement changes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that recruitment processes meet their needs and improve candidate experience.
Ensuring SLA Achievement:
Process Improvement
Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Qualifications: What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proficient in using HR software Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
