Job Description
Which tasks do you take over
As aSenior Technical Procurement Specialistat Kraftblock GmbH you will reporting directly into our COO and play a key role in optimizing and advancing our procurement strategy. You will be responsible for managing complex procurement processes developing and executing supplier strategies and ensuring the acquisition of highquality technical products and materials. This role requires indepth technical expertise strong supplier relationship management skills and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for technical components and materials
Manage and expand a highperforming portfolio of national and international suppliers
Lead complex contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality costeffectiveness and sustainability
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define technical procurement needs
Ensure supply continuity and proactively mitigate risks in procurement operations
Stay up to date with market trends emerging technologies and industry best practices
Optimize procurement processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement
Promote sustainable procurement and drive ESG initiatives within the supply chain
Work with leadership to develop and potentially lead the future Procurement organization as we scale the company
What do you bring
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related technical field
Extensive experience in technical procurement preferably in an industrial or renewable energy environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience in handling international suppliers
Deep understanding of procurement strategies supplier management and contract negotiation
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies market dynamics and sustainability principles is a plus
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset
Proficiency in procurement and ERP software tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
