Job Description

  • Inspect and assemble aircraft components subassemblies and airframe structures according to engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Perform visual dimensional and functional inspections on aircraft parts and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and inspection.
  • Ensure that all components meet safety and regulatory compliance including FAA TCCA and EASA standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering production and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during assembly or inspection.
  • Document inspection results and prepare reports for review by supervisors and engineers.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in line with company procedures and standards.

Qualifications :

  • 57 years of experience in aircraft assembly or inspection ideally within a large aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structures systems and assembly processes.
  • Experience with both manual and automated assembly tools.
  • Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements including FAA TCCA and EASA standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
  • A valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP or other industryspecific software.
