The Graphic Producer will be responsible for the creation of graphic elements which include written/visual content under tight deadlines in a live streaming environment including but not limited to a control room.
This is a project/limited term position unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the content producers to find innovative ways to enhance the streaming content with graphic elements.
- Responsible for the creation of the graphic elements in Flowics and iNews.
- Work hand in hand with the graphic department to get the latest graphic look for onair and have knowledge of the latest graphic technologies.
- Check and review graphics for grammar spelling clarity and impact under tight deadlines during live productions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Works under the direct supervision of General Producer and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Research write and resume content using graphics elements
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in communication graphic design and/or production.
- Minimum 3 years experience in television production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- General computer skills: Microsoft Office iNews and Avid MediaCentral.
- Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to travel with short notice and on weekends
- Willingness to work flexible hours including late and/or lastminute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment
- Must be willing to work in the greater Miami Florida area
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be covered by Solutions NBCUs Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
