Key Deliverables:
- Capturing maintaining and ensuring the quality of customer data is met by adhering to GDPR.
- Handling all relevant customer interactions.
- Advising customers on the best services available.
- Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs.
- Remote Troubleshooting utilising problem solving skills and persuasive communication.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints.
- To follow our Brand Ambassador ethos.
Additional Tasks/Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice.
- Ordering literature.
- Mailbox training with the potential to process into Live Chat & Social Media.
- Contributing to the overall performance of the team.
- Achieving and maintaining both individual and departmental targets.
Qualifications :
Skills:
- Must be IT literate with good numeric and written skills.
- Must be personable to allow you to communicate with people on all levels and quick thinking within a pressurised environment.
- Quick thinking and able to problem solve and use your own initiative.
- Be flexible with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Attributes:
- The candidate will be required to be customer orientated reliable dedicated and selfmotivated with the ability to cope under highpressured conditions to achieve collective team and individual targets.
Qualifications:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade 4 and above are desirable.
