You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a passionate Finance Process Support Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support business applications coordinate process activities and assist with finance process digitalization and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support project and process management tasks (create tickets schedule meetings maintain trackers). Manage SharePoint internal portals and user access. Assist with reporting and analysis including Power BI reports. Support system governance and quality control for business applications (e.g. Signavio Workfront Blue Prism). Publish content from draft to production environments following best practices.
Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel SharePoint management Power BI Power Automate). Ability to learn new IT applications quickly. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of RPA Blue Prism is preferred. Preferred experience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0 and project support within a multinational environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Selfmotivated organised and inquisitive individual who is not afraid to challenge and be challenged.
