As the righthand to our CEO and the backbone of daytoday operations youll play a critical role in how we run and scale and have the opportunity to conduct a variety of tasks as needed.
What Youll be doing
This hybrid role blends executive support with project management. Youll work directly with leadership manage key initiatives and help keep internal operations running smoothly.
- Manage the CEOs calendar emails and daily priorities
- Coordinate meetings handle confidential communications and support highimpact projects with discretion
- Simplify vendor relationships and manage aspects of the customer experience as we move toward more automation and paid traffic
- Drive customer growth initiatives from launching new brands and products to refining our CRM packaging and website experience
- Maintain project timelines manage followups and provide clear reporting to ensure across the board
- Support HR functions like recruiting onboarding and tracking new hire progress
Who you Are
- A clear communicator who can get to the point quickly both written and verbal
- Exceptionally organized with strong time management and followthrough skills
- Confident working independently but collaborative by nature
- Resourceful and solutionoriented and able to identify new opportunities
- Detailoriented yet always tuned into the big picture
- Discreet professional and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Techsavvy and quick to learn familiar with CRMs Microsoft Office Slack and other productivity tools
Your Background
- Bachelors degree required
- 35 years in an executive assistant operations or hightrust support role
- Experience in a fastpaced entrepreneurial or eCommerce/DTC environment is a major plus
- Strong project management skills or a natural talent for turning ideas into action
