Were hiring a technicallyminded customerfocused professional to join our Service team as a Service Account Manager. This is not a sales position its a critical clientfacing role responsible for managing longterm service and maintenance relationships within the building automation space. Youll serve as the main point of contact for clients with ongoing support agreements helping coordinate service delivery maintain system performance and implement energysaving strategies. This position is ideal for someone with experience working for temperature controls contractors who is looking to move from fieldwork into a processdriven officebased support role.
