Your Impact
Youll be at the heart of our recruitment operations managing the endtoend talent acquisition process while acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Every hire you manage contributes to real business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and executing fullcycle recruitment: from brief intake to onboarding support
- Partnering directly with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Crafting job ads that attract engage and convert the right candidates
- Running sourcing strategies (Boolean LinkedIn ATS referrals etc. with speed and precision
- Screening and interviewing candidates using behavioral and structured methods (STAR competencybased etc.
- Preparing detailed interview notes and candidate reports
- Coordinating client interviews feedback loops and offers
- Conducting reference checks and supporting offer negotiations
- Driving strategic projects: client proposals market mapping salary benchmarking etc.
- Actively managing and growing candidate pools and talent pipelines
- Comanaging our LinkedIn and social media content calendar (posts thought pieces video content)
- Representing RecruitMe Plus at career fairs and recruitment events
- Supporting business development efforts (prospecting calls and marketing campaigns)
- Suggesting tools and process improvements that enhance hiring quality and candidate experience

Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or equivalent experience
- 3 years in recruitment
- Proven success in headhunting and sourcing hardtofill roles
- Strong understanding of the GCC talent market
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools
- Familiar with recruitment marketing and employer branding practices
- Integrity and professionalism in everything you do
