Nimbyx is looking for an HR Operations Lead whos ready to break free from traditional HR thinking and help us build a world where top talent feels deeply connected empowered and valued.

Youll work directly with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that are lean scalable and peoplefirst. Youll leverage tools data and firstprinciples thinking to continuously improve how we support and serve our teams. Youll be empowered to make things betternot just keep things running.

What Youll Own
Employee Services & Support: Onboarding offboarding benefits administration and payroll management
HR Information Systems: Data management analysis and reporting
Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with company goals
Qualifications :
The Essentials for Success in This Role
5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing and payroll system management
Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance standards
A resultsdriven mindset with the ability to lead complex projects independently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with diverse teams

Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 8am to 5pm flexi
