PartTime Dental Assistant Guilford CT
Are you a skilled dental assistant with 5 years of handson experience Were looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic dental practice. As a vital member of our team youll play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring smooth operations in our clinic.

Chairside assisting with general procedures as well as periodontal and prosthodontic treatments
Assist with intraoral scanning and uploading files to Dentrix and 3Shape Trios
Pour dental casts and help with sterilization and infection control
Collaborate with the lead assistant to order dental implant parts and supplies
Contact vendor representatives for maintenance of office equipment (chairs compressors sterilizers etc.
Email patient photos and radiographs to the dental lab as needed
Upload images from the SLR camera into patient files
Help manage inhouse laundry for treatment gowns
Answer phones and assist with front desk tasks in the absence of front desk staff
Demonstrate a versatile opentolearning attitude with a willingness to grow
Must be a Certified Dental Assistant with a strong work ethic and team mindset
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a dental assistant.
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Required
Experience working alongside Periodontist and/or Prosthodontist is important but not required
Proficient in dental software (e.g. Dentrix Eaglesoft).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
