Key Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities:
Lead all testing activities including planning case creation and
Perform positive and negative testing scenarios with accuracy and depth
Handle testingrelated escalations and support client issue resolution
Draft and maintain structured documentation and user training content
Independently execute assigned tasks and ensure ontime delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to support deployment and rollout timelines
Report testing progress defects and client feedback effectively
Ensure testing is aligned with project objectives and SDLC standards
