Infosys is seeking aTest Automation Lead
As a Test Automation Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate realtime scenarios. Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidates must be located within commuting distance ofTampa FL or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience
- 4 years of experience in Automation and testing Skills in creating Test Strategy Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge
- Strong understanding on Testing process and testing life cycle
- Prior test lead experience leading the team of 5 or more reporting members
- Experience in coordinating with Business users for acceptance testing
- Estimate testing effort for In Scope items and create a plan and assign tasks to tester in ADO
- Prior experience in onsite and offshore coordination
- Strong in Agile testing process and practices
- Experience in Web UI and API is mandatory
- Azure DevOps ALM knowledge for Test Planning and Reporting is mandatory
- Prior experience with Auditing professional services would be preferred
- Define Test Strategy and Test Plan.
- Review test cases and track team progress
- Coordinate with Customer to facilitate review and implement review comments
- Test Reporting Daily weekly and Final summary report
- Good Analytical skill and communication Management
- Identify testing risks and dependencies
- Coordinate with Infrastructure and other teamsData Setup and Backup procedures

Preferred Qualifications
- Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects.
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Handson experience in System Analysis QA Process Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Test Methodologies.
Experience in analysis of system requirement specification functional specifications and design documentation.
Experience in backend data integrity testing by writing and executing SQL queries on databases like SQL Server and Oracle.
Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment and work on any project.
Possess strong communication presentation problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated team player quick learner and proven record of capability to work under pressure and deadlines.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
