Job Description
Position: Account Manager
Our client a leading provider of elevator modernization services preventative maintenance and code compliance shunt trip testing and fire recall systems elevator pit waterproofing and electrical services is seeking a dedicated Account Manager. The selected candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build trustbased relationships with building owners property managers and facility teams.
- Proactively communicate about service schedules repair needs and elevator performance.
- Coordinate with service and repair teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Identify and promote opportunities for new service account modernizations or upgrades.
- Track contract renewals and assist in pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with operations and admin staff to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Keep accurate records of interactions proposals and renewals in the CRM.
- Attend site visits as needed to better understand client needs.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in account management client services or sales (experience in elevator or technical services is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
