Job Description
Emergency Medicine Physician (Locum)
Location: Worthington MN
Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Salary: $200/hr (Days) $230/hr (Nights)
Schedule: 146 shifts/year 12hour or 24hour shifts available
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity. This role offers a dynamic fastpaced environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Physicians will be supported by a strong clinical team and have access to the latest medical technology.
Key Responsibilities

Provide highquality emergency medical care to patients of all ages.

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute medical conditions.

Coordinate with nursing and support staff for effective and timely patient care.

Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Maintain compliance with hospital policies state and federal regulations.

Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities.
Schedule & Shift Details

146 shifts/year (approximately 12 shifts/month

12hour shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

24hour shifts available

Typically scheduled for 24 shifts in a row
Required Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO)

Valid Medical License in the state of Minnesota (MN)

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
