Construction Manager E&C (Civil/Mechanical Superintendent Solar)
Delta Missouri US
12Month Contract
OVERVIEW
Join the forefront of renewable energy as a Civil/Mechanical Superintendent overseeing critical solar plant construction projects across the mainland U.S. In this pivotal role youll serve as the owners representative ensuring all civil and structural aspects of solar installations meet rigorous safety quality and performance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the owners representative overseeing civil and structural aspects of solar plant construction
Review and monitor implementation of safety documents policies and SWPPP requirements
Conduct daily field walks and observations with construction crews
Perform comprehensive QA/QC inspections on construction activities
Attend and contribute to safety meetings craft tailgates and management discussions
Review and interpret civil/mechanical drawings specifications and contract documents
Monitor documentation uploads and complete required inspections in Unifier
Track and manage open action items and punchlist completion
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 years of experience in civil and structural construction preferably in industrial settings
Strong ability to comprehend construction drawings and prints
Excellent people management and communication skills with contractors and third parties
Proficient organizational skills with emphasis on scheduling planning and progress reporting
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and data management systems
Willingness to work onsite for the duration of projects
