Job Description
Join a missiondriven team in Downtown LA as a Complex Care RN specializing in handson geriatric care through the PACE program. This fulltime clinicbased role involves direct patient care for frail older adults across clinic home and community settings. Youll assess plan and execute personalized nursing care collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while practicing at the top of your license.

$44$55/hr $15000 signon bonus
- MondayFriday onsite day shift (no remote work)

Requires current CA RN license AHA BLS and valid CA drivers license

Must have 2 years in geriatric/complex care & handson clinical experience

Preferred: PACE experience & bilingual (Spanish)
