You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a detailoriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support our nondirect material inventory and operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt of materials maintaining inventory integrity and supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain processes.
Your Impact:
Accurately receive and process materials and services in the ERP system.
Collaborate with vendors to obtain proof of delivery when packing slips are not provided.
Support materialsrelated projects and assignments as required.
Prepare and compile reports as needed ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Perform various administrative tasks for the materials department including invoice receiving maintaining electronic files and document organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two 2 years of experience in a receiving or inventoryrelated role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint).
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of best practices in record keeping and documentation.
Will be onsite fulltime for training/until hiring manager feels confident. Role will then be hybrid minimum 1 day onsite.
