About the Project
Were in stealth mode and hiring 100 remote talent to build a modern digital banking infrastructure from the ground up. This greenfield platform will serve three core customer segments:
- Retail users Personal banking (savings cards spend management)
- Businesses SME banking (invoicing POS working capital multiuser accounts)
- B2B partners APIs and services for embeddedfinance use cases
Were doing a clean modern rebuild using industry best practices across infrastructure codebase deployment and user experience. The goal is a unified platform that seamlessly supports Personal Business and Embedded Finance clients.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Developer Operations Engineer to build and manage continuous integration/deployment pipelines container orchestration and infrastructure automation for our digital platform. This role is critical for ensuring stability scalability and efficient deployment practices for our digital platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and ensure the smooth operation of containerized applications
- Develop and maintain infrastructureascode (IaC) scripts using tools such as Terraform Helm or Pulumi
- Automate repetitive tasks with shell scripting (Bash)
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within deployment pipelines and infrastructure components
- Collaborate with backend mobile and frontend teams to support seamless integration of services
- Continuously improve deployment strategies to reduce downtime and enhance performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters and IaC tools (Terraform Helm Pulumi etc..
- Strong experience with automating tasks using shell scripts (bash).
- Solid background in Linuxbased environments and cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).
- Ability to implement robust CI/CD processes that fit agile development environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear and proactive communication.
Preferred/Desirable:
- Experience working within regulated or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to support operational visibility.
- A collaborative and selfdriven attitude in a fastpaced evolving technical landscape.
- Strong commitment to clean scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Comfort with high ambiguity and the dynamic pace of a greenfield project.
- Eagerness to work in a team setting where ideas are exchanged freely and constructively.
