German Customer Support (Email & Chat) Malta

Are you fluent in German and ready to make a real impact in the digital space Were looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Malta as Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents.

What Youll Be Doing
Customer Support 70

Assist users via email and chatno phone calls required.

Provide helpful friendly and professional support in German and English.

Use the right tools to deliver accurate information and efficient solutions.
Content Moderation 30

Review user content across various apps and marketplaces.

Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements.

Flag inappropriate content and escalate serious issues using internal systems.
What Were Looking For

Fluent in German with good written communication skills in English.

Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.

No experience No problem. If youre curious motivated and detailfocused well train you!

A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
