We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Business Development professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed. As a Jr. Business Development you will be responsible for identifying potential clients building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling networking and research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Understand clients needs and offer customized solutions to meet their business goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
12 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
