At iFlex Stretch Studios were redefining recovery. As a Certified Stretch Therapist youll deliver customized oneonone stretch sessions that help clients move better feel better and live painfree. Whether youre guiding an athlete supporting a deskbound professional or helping someone regain mobility postinjury your work will make a real impact.

About iFlex

iFlex is a premier provider of assisted stretching helping clients improve flexibility reduce pain and enhance performance. Our evidencebased approach combines handson care with a deep understanding of anatomy delivering real results in a welcoming professional studio environment.

What Youll Do

Lead personalized oneonone assisted stretching sessions
Conduct assessments and create customized stretch plans
Educate clients on movement patterns and proper techniques
Track client progress through detailed session notes
Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a toptier experience
Participate in studio events and help grow the client base

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Certification in stretch therapy massage therapy personal training or a related field
OR a degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science Sports Medicine Physical Therapy etc.
Strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others improve movement and live better lives

Preferred:

Experience in fitness physical therapy chiropractic or sports performance
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple engaging way
Comfortable recommending membership options to new clients
Lives within 30 minutes of our Chandler studio with reliable transportation
