Join the team for the new Operations Center of our client in Leipzig or Rheda Wiedenbrck!
What tasks await you
You will design the rebuild and commissioning of our cloud platform with hyperscaler technology for Germany
You control and monitor our Azure platform the O365 platform or other distributed and highly available cloud applications You ensure smooth operation in a team of experts
You apply Microsoft operating procedures on the platform and get exclusive access to troubleshooting guides as well as run/playbooks
You take the lead in solving errors and malfunctions and support your team with your knowhow in tricky and challenging situations
You maintain an overview of complex issues and identify the causes of problems
You ensure the continuous optimization and improvement of our processes
As part of the Starter Team you will receive exclusive onboarding training firsthand directly from Microsoft experts
Who we are looking for
You have several years of experience and enthusiasm for operating large complex missioncritical and highly available applications.
You have experience in the administration and operation of servers and/or platforms as well as the installation patching and maintenance of systems
You have experience in the use and operation of cloud services ideally with Microsoft Azure Services
You have experience in scripting languages preferably Powershell
You have knowledge of security concepts (e.g. firewall secure user management)
You have a basic understanding of network technologies and connectivity (e.g. DNS load balancer VLAN DMZ IP)
Necessary for the project
1. Willingness to relocate to Germany
2. Openness to being on call to carry out emergency repairs or systemcritical updates
3. Fluency in German and English
